Staff were very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Great location. The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings. The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair price and tasty!!

So we werent too worried that the cleaners didnt get to do there top up of toilet paper etc. The unit was not dirty as the clients before left it in great shape.
